Bench Press - kg: 160
Deadlift - kg: 190

Ar baigo novēlojumu, bet es izstiepu kādu 3 mēnešu laikā staipoties tikai pēc treniņiem un vienkārši stiepjot pašu špagatu un cenšoties ar vien dziļāk iesēsties. Bet nu tā droši vien nav labākā metode plus es no dabas diezgan lunkans esmu.

Es gan esmu ļoti stīvs, gribētu pavingrot, lai lokanāks paliktu. Kādreiz kad trenejos SELF-DEFENS"A tad locijos kā gumija. :D
